Today’s healthcare system is predicated around one thing: volume.

In order to stay profitable, current healthcare systems are focused on getting the most patients into the clinic as possible. What does this mean for you? Long wait times, rushed appointments, and limited time with your healthcare provider before being “passed off” to an assistant or technician.

At Remedy, we prioritize our 1-on-1 time, as we believe this is the best way to achieve optimal results. Each session you have will be completed with our Doctor of Physical Therapy.
Sessions will include:
-Evaluation of your complaint
-Objective testing of the involved body areas
-Specific diagnosis and education of your issue
-Effective treatments to improve your condition based on your unique presentation

Our physical therapy set up is drastically different from other clinics to put the focus on you. There are consistently declining reimbursement rates from commercial insurance carriers, Medicare, and Medicaid. Physical therapists everywhere are pressured to see multiple patients an hour, doing so by utilizing physical therapy technicians and assistants, or providing heat or cold-based modalities at the beginning or end of sessions to earn profits. This type of strategy can work over a long period of time, but the efficacy of the treatments declines.

Due to this, we do not partner with any insurance provider. This “out-of-network” distinction allows us to set a fair price for each session to allow maximal amount of time with your physical therapist. This leads to more efficacious treatments, increased focus on your goals, and quicker recovery times. To learn more about payments for therapy, please click the button below to visit our FAQ page.
